We have several ways of contacting QLife that you can choose from, whether you’d prefer to speak with a counsellor on the phone, to chat with someone online, or even to start the conversation and get some ideas from us via email. Asking for help, information or advice about local services can be on behalf of someone you know and love.
QLife welcomes contact from people who may not be LGB, T or I themselves, but who are worried about someone else in their lives.
